I realy like the "OK - I'll give you head start" comment when asked to race. That works for me.

As to the "Wanna Trade?" question - I would say "shure, do you have the title for yours? I'm ready" They usualy smile and start a conversation. They like your car and want to talk about it, not actualy trade anything.

If they ask about how much your car would sell for you just say "I don't realy know what it's worth. What do you think it's worth?" That starts another conversation because they will usualy know. These people pretty much know everything anyway .

I get asked if I want to sell it at shows, and I always smile and say NO, I haven't gotten that mad at it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, yet.

Not me. I've been offered more than I paid for it and more than it was actually worth. It took me a year to find what I wanted in my price range, now it has sentimental value to me. Only way I'd ever consider is if they offered me double of what it's worth and that is not gonna happen. I'll stay with the one that brung me.

i bought this 80 2 years ago & drive her almost everyday.

no rust, even the clock works, numbers match , all stock L-48

had the rear window limo-tinted , last fall

want to trade or sell ?

does Batman give up his Batmobile ?
