I know this is odd but I'm wondering if some spend more time posting than driving? I myself have over 500 posts and less than 200 miles oon the car this year. Guess I gotta get out and drive more.
Seems like more time posting. I drive about 1000 miles a year on average. I rode my bike more miles in the last 2 years than I drove my car. At the price of gas now looks like I'll be riding more than driving again.
I have over 7300 posts in 2 years and something like 200 feet of driving in 4 years. Doing the math I have posted much more than driving. Of course that might because I ripped my car completely apart.
SOMEDAY I'll get to drive it again

Mine goes in for alignment and inspection on Thursday so I hope to be changing these stats pretty soon!, just hope my fuel budget holds up!
What the heck.....the kids don't need any milk
If you're driving more than posting, then you are not doing enough repairs, upgrades or modding!
ENOUGH! That is the idea to DRIVE IT not to always be fixing it. Well I'm sure glad I didn,t spend that extra 15k on that 69 I fell in love with or I might also have more post time than driving.

From: 90% of all Fords are still on the road.....the other 10% actually made it home!

That's a bunch of crap! Some of us are actually driving more than posting because we HAVE spent that time fixing, upgrading, and modding our cars instead of sitting in front of a computer racking up post #'s.
I'm proud of the fact my post count has a low average for the time I've been a member here. It means I've spent more time enjoying the fruits of my labor than I have posting about it. If some people spent as much time working on their car as they do posting, maybe they could enjoy driving it more often.
If you go through and look at the majority of my posts, it's late at night when I can't drive or work on my car anyway. As long as it's not raining and I'm not busy living the rest of my life, (you know, family, friends, work) I'm out cruising around in the Vette, not sitting in front of a computer increasing my post count.

I swore I would leave my car alone this summer so I could enjoy driving it. The other day I drove it to work and the brake light came on . . . time to bleed the brakes!!! I guess I'll just go post some more.
