Default Probably a dumb question...

But how do you get the stinkin' sunvisor pin into it's holding hole? It's threaded and all, but you can't twist it in cause it knocks against the windshield. Can you just hammer it in?

I think you have to pop off the cap at the top of that hole, and there will be a spring and a clip, kind of like a speed nut, that holds it all together. Then just put the cap back in.

Oh, and the only dumb questions are the ones never asked.

Agreed. I have both the spring and little clasp, but the pin won't go into the hole deep enough for them to take hold. The pin keeps dropping after I've popped the cap back on; like it doesn't want to go in deep enough. There some secret to putting the pin in deep enough?
