So now I question the ethics of Corvette Central and the quality of Al Knoch products. I've got a sneaky feeling someone is ignoring me and my situation. Bet this will cost me some bucks.
Guys and Gals, beware of both of these providers. Needles to say, I am not happy.
Original "not bashing" post.

We all wish that were true, but next week someone will post another vendor-bashing thread without all the proper information.

In your second post you say "Please understand, this is not bashing". You don't think that first statement was bashing? You went off like a loose cannon because you didn't get your problem resolved instantly and you hadn't been contacted in nearly two whole days? I don't know what you do for a living in Sheboygan, WI, but you have to realize that other people have put a lot of time and effort into building a business reputation that spoiled brats like you trash in a hot second during a childish temper tantrum. You aint the center of the universe.

I just received parts from them and was very please with the sevice.

One good thing is that they take care of the duty and freight before it's shipped.

Vendors that are members of the forum seems to care for there customers. It's a good way to know the needs of there customer.

I have spent thousands with corvette central over the years. Never had any problems. Excellent website. Very good delivery. They are my main source for new parts.

I must be lucky; I have never had any problems with any supplier and I have used most of them at one time or another.

I deal with both companys and both are good to me.
I do wish that Corvette Central would go back to bringing PARTS to the car shows. I like taking things home from Carlisle PA.

I've only had my vette for a few months & so far everything I've bought has been through Corvette Central. There was one pricing issue I had that Wanda in their customer service promptly took care of. I have been happy with quality & service. I am interested in how this ends up as I am looking at a new top for a winter project.

I learned a long time ago not to make any posts on here regarding less than perfect service with a vendor. 5000 people will always jump in and say how great that vendor is and chew you out for opening your mouth.

Yes, I agree the OP was a little harsh and was bashing, but he came here to the forum looking for a place to vent his frustration to his fellow forum buddies. Instead of jumping on the guy's a$$ maybe somebody could have just said "Hey, I understand your frustration but I've had excellent results with Corvette Central and Al Knoch products. I'm sure they will make things right for you if you just give it a little more time. It sucks to have had this problem but every now and then every vendor can have a problem."

There should be nothing wrong with venting frustration about a vendor problem on here. Everybody wants to say that vendor bashing should stop but nobody even stops to think that they are bashing a fellow forum member and not thinking twice about it. I guess two wrongs do make a right in this case. He wrongly bashed the vendor so it must be ok to bash him right?

Feel free to come to the aid of your beloved vendors but come on, cut the guy some slack, he was a little frustrated. I'm sure none of you have ever been frustrated to the point of saying something that was over the top about the person that frustrated you; especially if money was involved.

Nice post Shinoda, I agree. I thought his post was pre-mature, but these forums make for an easy place to vent. He's human, so live and let live. I'd like to see one thread like this, where people just ignored it when they didn't like a post, instead of being high and mighty about it.

BTW, Corvette Central has been great and I've put thousands in their pocket over the last 2 1/2 years.

Let's all just have a cold one, okay !
