Default '72 Outer Grill Mounting Questions

So I'm driving today and stop at a friends house and notice the front outer grill lost the 2nd to last screw and was holding on by just one screw! I unbolted it and saved it, but noticed a little "Bubba" going on. Referencing the Corvette America 2008 catalog on page 314 there is a listing for #33844 Outer Grill Inner Mount Brackett and #33846 Outer Grill Outer Mount Bracket. Will these along with the mounting screws mount my grill sufficiently? Here's some pics of my qustionable mounting holes.

It's all hidden, so hopefully these parts will work and all's well.

I always use U-clips in those cases, so I know for sure the screws are going into something solid, and will hold.

I didn't see them in the catalog. Do you have a part number, etc.?

Any hardware store will have them in sets, with matching screws.
