I Have A 1982 Collecters Edition In Need Of Front Shocks.can Someone Recomend Wich Shock To Use?

We like to run the stock shocks on all cars we do in our shop. They won't make the car ride hard, and they work perfect.

IMHO.

A lot of people here seem to like the Bilsteins, which is what I'm going to use when its time.

I have the Edelbrock IAS shocks and like them alot. Good ride and handling.

If originality and smooth ride is more important to you than performance, get Delco shocks. Otherwise...Edelbrock IAS are fantastic shocks...pricey but worth the cost.

I installed Bilstein Sport shocks on mine over the winter and the ride is great. Firm but not rough or abusive.
