502 plug wire choices
Can anyone recommend a brand and part # of wires that will work properly on my 69 502 roadster. I have tried a few sets so far and either the lengths are off or the boots rub the headers.

MSD makes a universal 8.5mm wire set with adjustable spark plug boots. That should take care of keeping them away from your headers. The set even comes with a stripper/crimper tool. You can get them in black or red and can buy them from Summit Racing or Jegs.
The MSD part numbers are 31199 and 31193.

Not so hard to assemble and they are great wires as well
