got my "Larsburetor"
got my carb back from Lars yesterday, installed right away and went and put 50 miles+ on the car
carb was next to perfect right out of the box, all i had to set was the hot idle.
like driving a new car
anyone considering any other carb should rethink the quadrajet
and ship it to our resident specialist.
thanks again Lars you are the MAN

I had him work on my distributor. I couldn't be happier. It looks like new and the car runs great. He definately does top notch work.

Yep...I used to cuss those Q-Jets. Now I think they are the best!
I have sent both of mine to Carb Camp in Colorado!
They came home all buff and bad!

I hope Lars does not retire from carb building any time soon. I am not quite ready for the carb build yet, but would like an expert to do it.

Get it done now and then in the future all you'll have to do is replace gaskets on occasion.

This is exactly why I joined this forum. Expert advice for those of us who are not the sharpest knife in the drawer about Vettes. Thanks for the advice.

Heck, anyone on the Forum would want a FREE '74 Q-jet! I'm sure Lars would be glad to get it, as well. Contact him at V8fastcars@msn.com .
