If it's possible I agree with both of these guys.If you have to have it it needs to be subtle - like in a deeper shade of red because with your color red if you do it in semi gloss black it will shocking. There is nothing wrong with shocking if that's what your after. I do think the car as the example you posted looks good. The bottom line from me is the paint on your car looks so good I would leave it alone.

As-is, your eye-catching car is subtle-yet-distinctive, with chromed side-marker bezels & vents, embroidered head-rests for the seats, side-pipes, etc.:
I think the Flat Black stripes might-be too 'whooga-whooga-isk'.

I don't like the look, it looks too much like a bra or pre body work. Just a thought but maybe have one of the local sign guys make you up a set of those hash mark stripes that a couple of members have on the front fenders. A couple of thoes in white may give you the non conformity look and if you dont lilke em, peel them off.
Just remember, imitation is the highest form of flattery, that is why the other guys are make copies of your car.
