Hey Guys...............I'm going to throw this out there. ....Could some problems with the starter dragging when the engine is hot be because the bearings are too tight?.................or is that crazy!

No, if the engine is built properly, using matching components, then the starter will be able to turn it. If you think the engine is really dragging down the starter then there might be something very wrong with your engine and it needs to be checked out.
More than likely though, the starter is the problem. You say it only does it when hot?
I suspect the solonoid is failing. Look into a replacement, and then maybe a heat shield.
I'm not the one who built the engine, so i don't know what the clearance is. I think I may have a spun bearing. At a certain spot when staring it makes a terrible noise, thought it was the flywheel or starter, now makes a noise when runnig......haven't been roddin' it. May be pulling engine soon to find out what's going on.

You can pull the pan by dropping the suspension at the idler arm, so you can check the rods. They will slide side to side a little bit but you should not be able to move them up or down. If you get questionable movement on any of them you can pull the caps to inspect the bearings but make sure you keep track of the orientation and which cap went on which rod. They will have to go back on exactly as before if nothing is found wrong.
