Ok, now I have had time to take in all of this stuff and I have a few questions:
V-Twin,
1)Is the triangle in front of your radiator to direct air in to the radiator or some other use?
2) do you have any cross fire issues with the distributor cap mod?
3) I really like what you did with the radiator overflow, well though out and executed. I also like the oil cooler setup.
I am working on a stainless box to house all of my relays and a buss bar. So I know what you mean by a lot of work. If you are like me, what else would you be doing if not working on the vette.

1) What did you get the dual washer out of (I know you dug it out of something ) and does it make a difference. I have nothing in my car at the moment and this is on the list of to do’s.
2) Do you have the part #’s for the chrome stuff on your hydoboost? The canister cover and master cylinder.
3) What do you use the AC converter for??

The tank for the washer fluid is stock. I had another tank from a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had the twin motors. I enlarged the one stock hole on my tank, and drilled the second for the motors. I then piggy backed the wiring so the one switch controlled both, and I ran a separate line for the fluid to the second wiper blade so each blade has it's own pump. The fluid will go down faster but no more dribbling on the glass.
I don't have the part numbers but Hydratech still offers all the same parts only you have to get them through VB&P since they are their vendor. That's also where I got the lines even though I have all the info needed to make them.
The power inverter is for convenience. Say I need to power a portable DVD player or laptop...maybe a phone charger in case my car charger burns. There are lots of things that one can use, and sometimes it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
You mentioned fluid cooler. Here is the one I chose for my oil cooler. I have a long unit going in at the top with no fan for the transmission fluid.

Yes, the triangle directs air through the radiator.
No crossfire issues, works just fine.
As for the throttle return spring, I alraedy changed it because it was also tubbing the aircleaner, I have 2 springs going under the bracket now. The line it wasrubbing against is a pcv line, not a firehazard.
No I have no need to report you for that...you mean it in good fun where others do it with the intentions of hurting someone's feelings.
On a serious note, why is it so hard for some to understand a benefit of using a cam like that? I don't think Curt has words to describe how awesome that engine feels to him and he's an old school hot rodder where his Dad and he used to build blown small blocks and twin carb big blocks. heck, his own Dad used to use marine cams in engine builds for the same reason. A week before Curt left he came up next to a friend of his riding his motorcycle on a highway. They nodded, gunned the throttle, and Curt held on for dear life. After a few seconds he looked up and saw his buddy way back in the rear view mirror and slowed down. He pulled up beside Curt and with his fingers counted...1...1..5.
Then, when we were pulling Curt's Vette up onto the trailer, he said it almost idled up the ramps with little to no help in drive and he had to use the brake at the top.
I don't know about you guys but that's darn good for the money he paid in parts and the free labor I donated.
