I tried to get in touch with them several times in the past, but never had any luck.
Edit: I just checked the website, but without much success. I was under the impression that they made copies of the old Minilite wheels, but couldn't find anything on their site. Am I doing something wrong, or is the website still under construction regarding non-Cobra wheels?

When I bought my wheels from Phil back in 2003, it seemed as if it was more or less a real one man operation. They had no website as mentioned, and it was very hard to get Phil on the phone. However, when you see the workmanship on the wheels, and talk to Phil, you get a much better impression. He makes one nice wheel, so I believe it is worth the trouble to get them.

Purchased a set of the kidney bean rims from him years ago. It was a small operation at the time, but they machined my rims and had them shipped to me in a little over a week.
