If you disconnect the body from the frame there is no need to "get it started". The body should just hoist right up. The dangerous part is NOT disconnecting everything and trying to hoist the entire car. You'd be suprised at how much weight a single ground strap can support.
You didn't mention whether you would be using a lift, hoist, or beer drinking friends to help lift the body. How you do it makes a difference. But, as Rick said, the biggest issue is prep and making sure there is nothing still connected.
