The Nylon washer would probably go under the lock lip on the body side...to help seal out moisture. The seal under the handle cradle can be trimmed if you like...bit it is there to also seal out the water.
Not sure about the outer trim. The door panel I had...they were screwed in and could be tightened.
...The outer window seal is not tight on the door skin, any tips?...
I'm a little confused. The outer seal snaps and screws into the door. AIM shows the installation. You may have to lower the window stops to get the door glass down and out of the way to get to the seal.
I don't think there was a rubber gasket orignally, just the nylon one. If you want to use both I'd think the rubber gasket would go against the door surface.

Alan

After cutting my finger big time.
Chipping paint of the right hand door
And calling it quits for the day.
I got a ticket driving home (90 euro).
My day sucks.
But after seeing my wife and 3 kids it is all irrelevant.
Any how.
I have an issue aligning the right hand door. It needs to go up 4 mm at the front and 10 mm at the back and slight back for 3mm, problem is that the hinges are maxed out. What to do next? I have played around with the #3 body mount with no success.
How has some advice?
Today I worked on the body side slots, to increase the front gap. With success, the door is more in line and acceptable. I the rear side of the door (top) is slightly outward. I will ad an extra sim below to see if that brings something.
One major issue remains, the door striker pulls the door down (it is at it highest location). Is there a solution for that. This coming week new door strikers will hopefully arrive.
You have to play with the outer door handle seal a bit to get it to align around the handle. If the nylon washer makes getting the clip in a bit difficult, compress the clip a bit in a vise to take some of the pressure off. As for the wetherstrip/belt molding, you may need to shape it a bit to fit the contour of the door. I did mine with a wooden dowel that I rolled along the top of the moulding using hand pressure. You want it to fit snug against the top surface of the door. Don't rush any of these, just take your time and they will turn out O.K.
