Default Storage

I`ve been out looking at winter storage for my vette...
One place I when to U... will store vehicles but they have to be drained of all, yes all the fluids...WHAT gas, oil, antifreeze, etc, this has to be certified with a signed certificate to be done by authorized personnel.. I had two words to say about this subject and it wasn`t happy birthday or merry christmas...then I politely said no thanks.
What a load of C#%*
I really don`t think they really wanted to rent storage for vehicles.
Just curious if anyone else has ever come across this.

I've never heard of anything that stupid being asked around here by storage joints. I rent a 10' by 20' unit for my MR2, & this place has a climate controlled building that I see cars come in and out of all the time. I'm sure they get to keep their fluids intact......

I have a place for my vette..I decided to look around ...some place closer, cheaper etc...that is what I was told by the rep of this particular company... I think not

I`ve never heard of this C&*$ before.

I have looked at places as high as $208.00/month all the way down to $45.00/month ( an old leaky barn) hahahaha think not

It`s interesting to see what is out there.

Just for your information this is where I have stored my Corvettes (late October- late April) for about 15 years. I paid $110/month last year.

Must be a multi use building and it is an insurance requirement. Go someplace else.

That's cool. Regular starting and battery checks, as well as washing and waxing? For $110? Wow.
