Cruizin the Coast
Just wondering if anyone from the forum is going down to the Mississippi gulf coast this year for their annual "cruisin the coast"? My wife and I went last year and it is one huge event. It starts this Sunday, the 5th, and goes through next Sunday. Thousands of classic cars from all over the USA. It's basically a 30 mile long block party. Dances, drag races, swap meets, and a lot of just plain cruizin. There's eleven casinos on the coast with lots of hotel room. If you can make it, I promise you'll enjoy it. Something for everyone. They have a website, "cruisin the coast", that gives all the details. According to the website, I think they already have over 4,000 cars registered. If you see a red '77 around the Isle of Capri casino, stop and say hey.
