Took my 70 vert out for a ride, ran great, brought home and went to give it a quick wash. Finished car, didnt really wait for it to warm up again (didnt think it needed it) and started to drive around the block. all of a sudden car was bogging as if it was getting too much gas. It is difficult to keep car running (running rich - smell it in exhaust) Please let me know what you think. Thanks !!!!!!!!!
Maybe a choke problem.. Post some more info on what your engine/carb is it'll make it easier to give you some place to go look. Lots of other possiblities can cause a "running rich" condition.
Possibly a piece of dirt made it's way up to the needle/seat at the carb???
Its a 350/350 with a Rochester. Could vacumn or points be culprit? Its like you have to flutter the gas to keep it running and shakes like its missing (but would only pop if forced) worse under load (while in gear then idle) Thanks

Looks like it was a bad set of points. Check dwell it was low (20) couldnt adjust - replaced points, set to (30) seems okay now
