I love that color! The stripe is great too. Nice job.

Finally Painted!
Its been a long road, a total frame off starting this time last year.
With allot of help from the forum and Dennis Tracy the car is almost done.
1969 conv. 540 650hp BBC Dart motor, TKO 600, TT'2 wheels Black leather interior and now it has paint
Paint is a cusom mix of Brandywine and the stripe is the same color darkened 3 times. The pics do not do this color justice but when you get it outside in the sun it just pops!
Anyway here are some pics of the 2nd of 4 coats of clear.

1 coat brandywine mix
4 coats gold flake
2 coats brandywine top coat (kinda clear red looking)
3 coats clear
sand with 1000
tape off stripe
paint stripe
untape
4 coats of clear
Buff and polish on Monday
Products are Dupont and House of Color
