Anyway have any experience with this dealer in Ohio? They have
a car on ebay I'd like to bid on, but upon checking they're feedback
they have a number negative feedbacks which concern me.
Also, they're running the auction as a "private" auction which also
concerns me.

I purchased my Vette from them in 05. The car was (is)
great, however the experience was a big disapointment. My advice
to you...if you decide to purchase a car from them, get them to show
you the Title before you make any payment. They sold me a car that
they did not have a title to, and it took them about a month and a half
(after I had paid in full) to locate the title.
Worst part is ...no one at Mershon's would tell me what the delay was.
I would call them every day, and advise them that my transport company,
had not received a copy of the title yet....they would play
dumb, and advise that "they fax'd it already, but would send it again".
This went on for weeks, finally the transport company (Mackie)
had to cancel my contract to pick up the car. IT WAS NOT a smooth
transaction.
(the transport co. required a copy of the title because the car was being transported across the border).
