Rattle in engine
Need some guidance. I've got a 78. Starts fine. Idles fine. I notice when I shift it into gear, the rpms drop and I hear a raddle. Goes away when I shift it back into P and let the rpms come up. My first thought was a broken valve spring or rod bearing but it should raddle at idle also. It's an automatic transmission. Any suggestions on what to check first?
