Default Carb. Clearence Problems !!!!!
Can anyone point me in the right direction as were to buy a 1.5 to 2 in drop base or even a full assembly air cleaner thats not million dollars

e-bay. Sometimes you'll find nice ones for 50-100 bucks. Just got to keep looking.

Yea iv seen those ,but i really cant see myself paying 60$ for a base .I think i will just cut the one i have know and see how that works.

I bought an aluminum, off set, dropped base on ebay for $15. I'm using it on a 750 Q-jet carb.
