I like the Crossfire distributor caps because they put the plug wires on the same side as the cylinder they go to. Then find a loom that runs the wires along the valve cover. This is an example of a center bolt valve cover loom, but you can find all kinds that work for the perimeter bolt valve covers.

fortunately you have 90 degree sparkplug boots and the wires look adequate as to length.
Run your plug wires underneath the manifolds {headers} to the rear of the engine and up the back along the bellhousing to the distributor. It will clean that mess you have right up and present a well organized engine with wiring that is out of sight and out of mind. This works for small blocks or big blocks.
