A bunch of lazy, no good SOB's are getting together for a low key mountain run on 12/7. Vette's only, any year. No trailer queens, chase cars, pick-ups, etc. Just meet in the Angel stadum parking lot, Ketella entrance, at 7:00 AM. Just show up, bs a bit, and go. Big Bear? Idlewild? Angeles Crest Hwy? Come on out and find out. Lunch where we can find it. Should be some spirited driving!
Thrashers to show cars, as long as they can run a 100+ miles.
Clothing optional, but prefered for most (I've seen some of you guys).
Wives, girlfriends, passengers are welcome.

That's bringing up some old memories for me, I stationed in Victorville and San Berdoo while active duty USAF. Angeles Crest Hiway is cool. Is Chad's still in Big Bear? Good pool shooting in there!!! Had fun riding Harley's around there. Have a good time folks!!!

You picked a bad day. The Corvette blockheads are meeting at the block of orange at 8:30 am on the 7th for their annual Hooters toys for Tots run. We're cruising from the block to the Hooters in Moreno Valley. Check out the so cal regional forum for more info. Last year I had the only C3 there.

We're expecting 8-10 C3's and 5 C5's.
Drive the mountains or cruise Moreno Valley?
Well, you are going for a good cause. Have fun.

I wish my 69 was done for this ride, I just might make it just to go see some spots I haven't seen in over 20 years. Y'all have a blast, go to Big Bear and shoot pool at Chad's Place, If it's still there!! BBTank

If you guys get something together late next month I'd be interested. I am moving to the South bay area next month, and I will have my cars there the week of the 11th.

Swing on through San Diego and pick up us strays. Then we can take the twisties up to Palomar Mountain or Harrah's Casino. Then you will be halfway home again!

Well, we just got back from 189 miles of fun.
We're already talking about a run through the desert (Joshua Tree?) for the begining of March, before it gets hot. I'll post the details when we get closer.

And to the 16 cars that showed up--Thank for comeing!
And to the sponsors that donated the 2 cases of Royal Purple oil, gift certificates, etc. THANK YOU!!
