Are you looking for a site, as in, on the Internet? You might get more direction on C5 stuff on the C5 generation of the forum. Early cars aren't quite as easy.

The only source for the options on your 71 is the Build Sheet that was glued to the top of the fuel tank or the Shippers Copy that was often stuffed behind the dashboard either behind the radio or between the tach and speedometer.
Sorry, but there's no magic source of info on early cars.

PS: Here's the Build Sheet from my 71. It had only 2 options... AM/FM Radio and Raised White Letter Tires.
