Who sells this part?
I'm in the process of reassembling my firewall and want to replace all of the wire/vacuum line clips. I've been able to find the small J-clips pretty easy at most vendors, but I can't seem to find the larger clips anywhere (see photo). Maybe I'm blind, or just searching for the wrong term, but does anyone know who sells these? The larger clips measure about 2" end to end.
Thanks,
Tim

No one that I'm aware of Tim.
However, you can cut off the old rubber coating clean up the clips and then dip them yourself. You can purchase the rubber coating made by Lucite in what is called “Black Color Guard Rubber Coating”.
It comes in a can and is carried by Wal-Mart or can be purchased online even cheaper. http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/20-4152
Willcox .

I have bought a few of them at vette shows from guy that always has the piles of old used parts. I cannot remember his name but he is at Corvette Expo every year with his parts. He spreads them out on tarps and tables and has everything, all the way up to newer stuff. Mostly older though.

Maybe I missed them in CC's catalog, I'll have to look again.
Yeah, the old one I showed doesn't look too bad, but it was the best one of the bunch. The rest are in pretty rough shape.
Thanks for the lead guys.

I thought his name was Eddie. I am glad someone else came up with it too that way I know I was not too far off. Nice job Mark. I have bought a few parts off of him over the years. For some reason, I always look through his stuff but hardly every buy.
