Race68 Magazine Article
Yesterday's mail brought me my March 2009 issue of Corvette Magazine and inside on page 57 was the best Christmas present. It was a 5-page spread on my 1968 Road Race Inspired vette. As many of you know this car was built by Stan Chorianopoulos at 2nd Generation Automotive Restorations. I have only had a chance to put about 80 miles on this car since I have owned it but it is an awesome car. I will be taking it to the Hershey Hill Climb this coming year.
Anyway, here are some pics of the article from Issue #47 (sorry for the poor pics but I was very excited!!!)

I read that article yesterday I have been up to Stan's shop. Top notch. You've got a great car there. Glad to see the large Corvette mags are giving his shop some exposure.

Stan does a great job on these cars...I can't wait to see this year's car when it is done!!!
Congrats to Stan for getting the publicity he deserves, and to Wayne for being the right guy at the right time and place to buy it from Stan. That is a spectacular car, and trust me, it is no trailer queen. I would like to be in it at a light on friday night next to some Dodge neon with a fart pipe! I wondered why I haven't seen it on the magazine yet, and was afraid I missed it. Thanks for posting! Happy new year to all!!
Stan, don't know how I missed it, but I didn't know you sold that car. Must have been hard but congrats to you and the new owner on more well deserved publicity. I gotta get over to the book store.

Stan builds one hell of a vintage racer. I personally think it should have made the cover, but I am a little bias!!! I plan to make a few trips to the Jimmie Cone in Mt. Airy this year, so maybe I will see you there!!

I saw it in there the other day when my magazine arrived. I love these cars. They look great. I am sure it gathers attention where ever it goes. Congrats on a nice car and making a magazine (or two) with it.
