Hi all, As you can see, this is my first time posting on this forum. I want to wish all of you "Happy New Years!" I have a 68 427 Vette coupe (lemans blue) with "rally" wheels and a few engine mods, and am anxious to see what's goin' on in the "vette comunity". My current project is to add MSD ignition and re-route the holley fuel pump close to the fuel tank where it belongs.. (This engine is rather "thirsty" and the previous owner put the pump under the hood where it "don't" belong) anyway,,, I've owned my 'vette for about 4 years and after getting most of the "bugs" fixed, am finally getting back to work on "her"!!
Welcome and Happy New Year Davea's 68vette! You just joined the best online community for Corvette owners. There are a lot of knowledgeable and nice folks here so don't be afraid to ask questions, we love to help others out. I also own a '68 427 Coupe and there are a lot of '68 owners here. One thing you will need to do is post pics of your car. We love pics. Others will now greet and welcome you now that I'm finished.
thanks for the nod of approval. i was watching the re-run of barrett-jackson auction and saw the concept 63 pina-farina vette hammer down for 1.6 million wow! i still like the c-3's the best though..
So your name is Dave, and you have a 68. Small world! Welcome, come in and get hooked on the CF. BTW< my wife is from Sacto. I lived in Turlock several years way back when. Happy New Year!
Welcome Dave, good to see another member from Sacramento. I have a lemans blue 69 BB coupe, except my lemans blue is the C5/C6 color.
Looking forward to seeing the pictures, and seeing the car around the local events.
