Hey just wondering if anyone has ever had any problems with the vibrations from a subwoofer in the back of a c3 causing any problems with fiberglass on the rear deck. I have a single 8 inch JL and it seems to cause a good bit of vibration on that panel.. Any Suggestions on what i should do?

Try lining the rear deck with sound absorber like Dynamat or something similar.
HA, I bought my Corvette from my brother, when he had it he had two 12 inch subs in it with something like a 600 watt amp, no issues with the car, but your head....different story.
ummmmm.......only 1 layer is needed. I used DynaMat Xtreme. I installed a layer under the deck in my coupe. I have a 10" Clarion thinline and it bumps hard. No vibration on the outside at all. That is some good stuff. Won't ever build a car without it, firewall to trunk, door to door. PERIOD
I used dynamat extreme and it works well. I first set up my crossover points so the sub sounds good. Mine is crossed at 80hrtz down other go 100 or 120 htrz. You may find by changing your xover point will eliminate some of your rattles. What ever way you go, if you still have rattles you may have to tighten some screws or use some dum dum where the pieces of plasic or fiberglass meet to stop the squeek. Eventually you will eliminate all squeeks. I can't beleive and 8" single can be creating that many squeeks or rattles.
Its not creating that much rattles i was just concerned that over time it may damage the fiberglass from the vibration of it. Would anyone be able to give me an approximation of how many square feet i would need. I would figure it out but the vette is in storage over 2 hours away at the parents for the winter.

You won't damage the fiberglass. The rear compartment takes about 10 sheets. Buy a box 15 or 20 sheets and ebay the overage
Simplest things first. Look at Crutchfields web site for box stuffing to give you an idea of what you need and how much. Polyester box stuffing will eliminate resonance from you speaker and is fairly inexpensive.
