I thought my hard top was missing the lower front corner on both sides. Right where the doors close. Now I think it is supposed to be that way and I only have minor repairs instead of creating a new corner.
Does anyone have a picture of this corner and how it should look?
On a 68...there isn't anything there, but the weatherstrip. There's no guide like on the later convertibles.
Here's my 68.....
There are the 2 studs on the deck, and the 3 latches on the header. That's it,so the only thing in your area of damage is weatherstrip, and the trim.

I apreciate the pictures but it is hard for me to believe that the weatherstrip and trim will cover this. Is that what you are saying?
your hard top is damaged, a piece is missing from that corner....as I said above, looks as if someone just muscled the top off without removing the two bolts.....
Nooooooo....I am not saying the trim, and the weatherstrip will cover it.You have some fiberglass repairs to do!Also...it could be a later top too.Get your glass skills out, bud.

Unfortunately my glass skills are getting pretty good. Well, thanks anyway. Looks like all I need to do is follow the existing lines to know what's missing.
