I want to purchase a new hood, a L-88 or and LT1, they both look great, it's hard to coose. Which do you like? It's going on a 1970. Show yours and help me out.

As you can see I was always partial to the LT-1/Big Block but depending on your intake you may have to use the L-88 for clearence. Ed

To me, nothing looks better from the outside and sitting behind the wheel than an L-88 hood! But that's just me.

Lt1 but I agree as stated above if you need the room then the L88. To me the Lt1 looks cleaner.

I like my L88 hood on both my CAMARO and my CORVETTE!!!

To each their own, I guess, but I think it looks very good on both of my cars...

I have more but photobucket is being a real P.I.T.A.

here we go

You'd be looking for an L88 short hood if you went this route since you have your wiper door. My long hood on my Vette comes all the way up to the windshield.

You really can't go wrong with either hood. They both look great.

When you decide, and are ready to pull the trigger...give me a shout.I sale L88 hoods that are handlaid, and LT1/BB hoods that are press-moulded like the originals,or hand laid, also.
