Hi Ian,
Your car is really looking great!!!
You're almost at the point when the first of the paint goes on and EVERYTHING changes. Although I didn't spray mine, I remember that feeling like it just happened this morning. Suddenly, ALL the work pays off.
I ENJOYED your pictures!!!
Regards,
Alan

Thanks Alan,
The car seem to come to life last night as I was shaping the lines.
Your vette is coming along nicely, you definitely put a lot of hour's into her. Are you painting her also? Thanks for sharing your pics.
I'm starting to chicken out on painting it myself. My garage just doesn't have the ventilation that is needed to exhaust the fumes and keep the ambient temps up.
It may be best that I take it to a booth for the BC/CC.
I hope you plan to drive the vette here
Pick-up HWCoop along the way and bring both vettes here
That would be a fun trip!...I would need either a 5 speed or a 200 gal fuel tank towed behind me. I would also need a chiroprator upon my arrival Maybe we can meet halfway in Regina or something

You should have a constant 70 degrees or better, booth has heat, dust free, lighting and is safer than burning down your shop
Your car is looking great Ian, looks like you are almost there!!
What type of heat and paint exhaust system are you using?
Specifically how are you able to keep your paint area heated
while exhausting the paint overspray and fumes?
I am asking as I have a heated garage myself and a large wall
mounted exhaust fan. I cannot run the exhaust in winter as
it pulls the heat out faster than the furnace can produce it.
