(255) 435 hp cars built with TH400 in '69, none in '67 or '68. No available breakdown on how many were L89 versus L71, but it is a small number.
Just assuming approximately 10% of L71 were TH-400 (255/2722); and applying the same ration to L89 would be about 40 L89 with TH-400.
L71/L89 with TH-400 is a rare and desirable combo. My L71/TH400 is not quite roadworthy yet, but those who drove the car in its past life, and the owner of another one, describe the performance as AWESOME. It was a special TH-400 (CY code, maybe a few CX codes).

PS: One of the known ZL-1 is a "CY" automatic, and I think some of the Camaro ZL-1s were also, maybe 15 of 69?
You need to get the Tonawanda engine facilities records to know how many were actually built.
As an example, Tonawanda records indicate 212 engines coded for 1971 LS6 application either as CPX or CPW. Chevrolet records indicate 188 of these installed in production vehicles, leaving 24 for warranty purposes or ?
So the production of L-71/L89 engines will be higher than what is listed in the Corvette Black book stats.
