Hooked everything up and it sounds great, but there is a blue and white wire for the system remote control. It says to hook to the system control terminal on the power amp or the antenna relay control. I do not have either. Can I just hook up to 12V power ? I have quick disconnects for my battery so I am not concerned about battery drain. But want to make sure I am not missing something.
The remote wire is designed to work with compatible amps and power antennas and will turn them on and off when the head unit is turned on or off. If you don't have an amp or a power antenna that can use this feature, this wire should not be connected to anything. Just tape it up and hide for future use.

DC
Yep, that wire carries a very small signal to tell the antenna and amp to turn on, so it IS a 12V source and doesn't need to be connected to one. That would short out your head unit.
As mentioned, just tape it up so it won't touch anything and leave it be.
