Seems like everyone here has a great taste in all types of music. I too love the sound of the Vortec as it's exiting the hooker headers. Good thing I've got a great system to hear over the horsepower!
I have a front load usb Jenson. I was a DJ at our local radio station for 4 1/2 years until they sold. The station had been there since 1953. They had 1000's of CD's since when CD's came out record labels each sent 5 - 6 CD's a month with compilations of all the latest songs. When they sold, all the buyer wanted was the tower rights so they gave me all the CD's. 1000's of them.
I also have about 6 - 700 albums at home and a dedicated computer and turntable that converts the songs into .mp3.
Also before downloading became illegal I would sit at night and download while I was watching TV and then load up hundreds of downloads and let it run over night.
I have no clue how many songs I have. And they range all the way from Merle Haggard to Aerosmith.
I have an 8G memory stick for the Jenson and there's no telling what will be playing while I'm driving down the road. One things for sure though, it will be playing loud. And I'll be enjoying myself and oblivious to the world around me. (other than traffic)
I have over 450 Cds on my iPod, and I have XM. I'm a person that leans towards classic rock, blues (fast and slow), some new blues/rock artist within the last 6-8 years, as long as I can understand what the song is about, I tend to listen to it.
