Help DB With Hydro booster?????????
I know DB has had some experience with these from time-to-time and I thought I would ask. I've been so busy with work lately I haven't had time to catch up with him in person.
If anyone else has idea's please feel free to chime in.

Hey Curt...man your schedule makes it hard to catch up with you. LOL.
It's not bad at all really...in fact the hardest part is just getting the old booster out. I found it's easier to remove the driver's seat, and use a ratchet, extensions, a wobble, and a deep wall socket to get the nuts off the studs. The seat doesn't HAVE to come out and the column won't need to be dropped.
Once the old booster is out you can slide the mounting studs back out from the inside of the car, and place the Hydrobooster on the studs, using shoulder nuts from the engine side. Much easier than farting around under the dash.
Then your master will have to be replaced with a '77 or later master, so we'll get that, bench bleed it, install it, and while we're there we'll rebuild your leaky P-valve.
I'll help you get all your fittings ordered to make the pressure lines and get them installed and that's pretty much it. Bleed the brakes...drive it until the power steering system purges itself of air, and you'll be good to go.
When you get time, call me, and we'll get together and plan in out. I'm glad you're giving the Hydrobooster thought, you'll love it. I'll email you the information packet too so maybe you can check that out when you get time at work. Lots of good pics and information.

Just a thought, if you're in a pinch
