Carpet help needed
I am getting ready to install new ACC carpet in my 82 and something does not seem correct. Does the carpet actually go under the rear lip of the 2 door compartment frame or does it just butt up to the edge?

One set of instructions that I found said that it goes under and another set says that it butts up to the edge. The reason for asking is that when I lay the rear section in and attach the plastic long channel on the very rear panel it does not seem like the carpet is long enough to go under the edge of the compartment trim.
