I like Ecklers for this because their search feature works quite well for finding them just by searching for "Decal" and the year of your car.
Thanks, I looked at Ecklers but they did not have what I needed. There was a post a long time ago about a site but I cant find it. Im looking for the door stickers and the little tag on the brake booster.
Thanks LT
I have ordered my engine decals from Ecklers, Corvette Central and Mid America. Each of them had what I needed at the time. I usually ordered them when I needed to order other parts to save any shipping costs.
Hi 1NC,
Could you make something like this? I call it a 'sticker' not a decal. The back ground is more yellow/orange than the scan shows and has to be sticky on the back.
Regards,
Alan

Where does this sticker go? (engine code for 350/270 1971?)
alan-- piece of cake! if only they were all that easy! what color IS the original orange posed to be anyways? There are only a certain number or oranges produced in print colors and vinyl colors.

I am looking for the sticker on the brake booster also.................LT
do you have pics? is it the same as above? i just got done making the YC bail decals or whatever the intials are for my 79. the unleaded fuel only, the yellow fan caution, the air cleaner keep your vehicle GM etc. pretty much if i can remake it i find a better sense of accomplishment then just buying it. plus i "weather" or 'wear" the decals after they are produced so that they fit in and dont look new on a 30 year old car.
Hi Frog,
The engine 'suffix label' was on the rear end of the passenger side valve cover.
Most got blown off the first time the engine bay was cleaned at the carwash.

Alan
hi alan sorry for the delay.these threads get lost on me yes i can duplicate that decal exactly. although the yellow may be off. i do have a dark yellow almost like an apricot or a school bus yellow is that close? i have regular yellows also but from your postings ive read you like the details to be exact.
Hi 1NC,
I'd do a little research on just what color the back ground shoud be. Mines a little faded, but does have more color than that scan shows.

Alan
