urethane costs a bunch more, but should be flexible to bolt right up without too much fuss. The fiberglass and flexible fiberglass are cheaper, will take paint better, and won't warp as easily, but might take some sanding and filling to match up with the body.
I used a flexible fiberglass bumper(mostly because I'm cheap) and probably spent about 10 hours fitting it. It depends on how much you want to spend and how much work you want to, or have the ability to do.
