Default Big block starter question

I have a 1970 big block starter # 1108400, dated late 69, that has a type 5 iron nose on it. It has 2 mounting holes that bolt it to the block. My rebuilder says it is suspose to have 3 mounting holes in the nose and is going to change it out. My question is, which nose should I have to be NCRS correct? Thanks

Your starter is correct, cast nose, two bolts up from the bottom and one small support bracket in the rear...plus shielding and you are good.
