Default need help with casting #'s

Looking at a 71 vette that has been sitting for a while. I know the LS5 is not original but was wondering if you could help me with what these parts are and where they came from.

Block 454: casting date J 18 73
casting # 8999289
pad stamp# T1107CWU 140168468

cater carb: 7044223
L3 FH

intake manifold: casting # 336789
casting date J 22 73

I havent pulled the valve cover yet for the head castings. I was told it was an all orginal 71 454 with the exception of the block being a 73 corvette block. From what I can tell none of it is from 71. Casting dates on the block and int. manfold being oct 73. Also I dont think the CWU on the block is a corvette block.

Can anyone tell me what the block, intake man. and carb came from? Also what carb is this 750, CFM?

Thanks everyone

One other thing. Is a 71' vette LS5 supposed to have an aluminum intake manifold? This one is steel, painted silver to look like aluminum.

CWU is:1974 454/235 TH Police

336789 is a cast iron manifold used on lots of early 70s BBC, not just Corvette.

7044223 is a Qjet also from lots of 74 BBC.

Pulled the valve covers tonight. Casting 336781 with date of K 2 73. Looks like its all out of a 74 model year car.

yes it is a oct 73, model year 74 454 block.. you could say its a corvette block, but the guts are not, corvettes used this same block, but the block did not come out of a corvette, if that is the question?
