Default Almost done!

Hi all.. I'm Brent. I'm relatively new to the forum. My father-in-law and I purchased an '80 a few months ago, and we've been having it restored... We wanted to do some work ourselves, but my wife and I have a new baby, and he travels out of state 4 days a week, so there's no time to work on it really. We've had it painted and the interior restored. I have some mid-project pictures... thought someone might want to see. If anyone cares, I'll post a few of the finished product.

This is his first Vette, and it's my second. I previously owned a '90 (and I still miss it!).

Looking good Brent. Night and day difference already. Keep up the good work and keep us posted on progress. BTW, you are getting your father-in-law to pay for everything . . . aren't you?

Thanks everyone. And by the way, I apologize for the quality of these pics-- they were made on my phone. And actually, redman, I have VERY VERY little in it compared to my father-in-law. He has put quite a bit in it, but he always says it's just as much mine as it is his... He's a great guy.

Nice job on the Vette.

I'm loving the Studebaker in the corner... what the story on that? I has a '51 Commander Starlite Coupe very much like that; sold it in the early 80's.

Not sure about the Studebaker... it's been there in that condition since we first took in the Vette.

Hi Brent,
Your pictures are great to see. Your car has really made a lot of progress in just a few months.
Keep the pictures coming.
Regards,
Alan
