I just bought a 69 Convertable, I don't have the car in my garage yet. I want to run BF Goodrich radial tires with raised white letters? I was wondering what are the tire sizes for that model year? Should I run the same size on all 4 tires? Or should I run larger tires on the back end? If so what size on the rear?

That web site has the specs for a 69 Vette. It says that your stock tire size is F70x15. I have a 1980 with BF Goodrich Radial T/A's. I have the same size around the whole car. It's really up to you if you want bigger tires in the rear. Some people do, some people don't...
My car came with crappy Goodyear F70-15 bias ply tires. I had them balanced many times in an effort to keep the car from shaking at highway speed. On July 27, 1972 at 35,260 miles I put four BFG Radial T/A tires on the car, size GR70-15. Those tires lasted until April 9th 1981, 104,500 miles when I put Goodyear Eagle GT P255/60-15 - this size tire was optional on Corvettes by then. I went back to BFGs about 5 or 6 years ago also P255/60-15. The only interference I have is at full lock the inside rear of the front tires rub the frame rail. This only happens when making say, a tight U-turn. My car is not lowered, which could possibly cause the tires to rub or catch on the front fender fiberglass. That would not be a good thing.
Here it is wearing the newest BFG T/A tires P255/60/15 all the way around.

Reason: Correct tire size to GR70-15 after finding the receipt.
I just put P255/60r15 Eagles on my 71, I dont have the motor/trans in yet but I think they will be fine. They are a little close to the e-brake cables on the rear but I think that will be ok to. I think thats the best looking size in a 15 on these cars.

The OP might want to be a little careful here. The shape of the front fenders was changed from '69 to '70 to add the flares, and there is definitely more room in your '71's wheel wells than on a stock '69. My memory is bad, but it was either '69 or '70 where the change was made from the stock 7" wheels to the 8" wheels, I assume the fender shape or something else was changed to accomodate the larger wheels.
