anyone know where to get special things such as i seen a shift boot on ebay with a corvette logo on it aand also seen an ashtray door today with the word corvette on it in white, looks sharp, where do you go to get the head rests embroidered and things, i have a black interior now due to a restoration and want to paint he car black to so i need ideas to offset the interior so its not too much black, anyone else do black on black? thanks

i had a c5 frc that was all black. interior, exterior, and wheels. it looked very good. if you want to accent your car you might try a red or yellow stripe on the exterior. either two small stripes on the fender like the gs corvettes or a hood stripe then use matching floor mats, shift boot, arm rest for center console, steering wheel, ect... sometimes less is more.

My wife has an embroidery machine and has made some stuff for me. My seats in my nova would cook your but after a day in the sun at a cruise, so I had her put some stuff on some black towels. I'm looking for some c3 files online so she can make some for our 71.

easy to put on, but you gotta get the gauges out to do it, a little pain. the center cluster faces dont work as well because the gauges themselves are cupped a bit, so the decal doesnt quite sit right, im gonna put white,auto gauges there i think. just not quite perfect, enough to bother me

these all look pretty sweet, i've been calling around im going to get my center consol arm pad, the headrests, and the shift boot embroidered to set it off alittle bit along with matching floor mats, that should do the trick i just don't want everything to blend black and look funny, im wishing now that i dit the interior carpet with a gunmetal gray to set the black off

My interior is similar to what you are talking about (I think) Anyway be careful not to get too many of the same emblems and colors in your interior. Like an earlier post stated sometimes less is more. In my opinion it’s nice to have something to break up the monotony of an all black interior just know when enough is enough.

the last post is nice thats what i want to do also, just some emblems and the chrome on the steering wheel and shifter along with the cd player should do the rest, do you have logo floor mats as well?
