No problems with Ecklers. They are shipping fast, in one box if i order this servce ( important by oversea) and not so expensive porto. Quality (?) of the items is like the others.
I have tried many part shops in the US. Except Willcox ... maybe next time.

I've ordered numerous times from Ecklers and never had a problem. I always felt they had great customer service, at least when I've called them. They've spent a good deal of time on the phone with me to resolve issues and help me out. I received a door gasket kit once and two of the gaskets seemed funny (they were mfgrd by someone else), they quick rushed out a new set of the gaskets in question at no cost and told me to keep the ones I received (which I explained to them wasn't THAT bad, but not what I wanted.
I hear a lot of bad things about Ecklers but I've never had any issues.
