The Rallys are classic Chevy and look better... but P02's can look good on certain color cars like this Steel Cities Gray 72.

Were the wire covers a factory option you had to order if the standard was Rally wheels?

Rally Wheels, trim rings and center caps were standard equipment and if you didn't order
the P02's, that is what you got. The trim rings and caps were not installed at St Louis, rather
they were placed in the cargo area for installation by the dealer. If you ordered the P02's,
the wheel covers instead of the rings and caps were placed in the cargo area to the dealer.
Both cars used the same Rally Wheels but with the P02's, the wheel covers covered them up.

Rally wheels with RWL tires; P02's with thin white(or red)-line tires.
