That is the inspector's initials and the date..........mine has the same thing.............bet is it close to the build date of your car. Not sure on the B-12 (vitamin supplement??????)

Well, see, June 10 was Bingo day at the St. Louis plant. B-12 was the one place MB needed to win, and he wrote it down so he wouldn't lose his place on the Bingo card as the top he was working on was turned over for inspection. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
