Battery Ground cable?

Battery Ground cable?
Not wanting to take my ground cable out, then measure the length, and THEN get a new one - anyone already know the length of the ground cable? Then I'll get a new one...

Anyway, I have a 77 and they're most likely the same. According the to 77 AIM, it looks like the negative cable grounds to the frame pretty much directly underneath the battery box, so the length appears fairly short....I'm guessing less than 24 inches...I couldn't find an exact length in the manual.
Someone will probably have a much better answer for you.
