Bougth this 1973 mirrors from ecklers (imports chinese made) they wer ok...
Last couple of rides I was feeling a strangre noise like some vibratino metal, and also noticed the mirror moved. I checked it to see if the head was loose and the glass fall into my hand
....I glued with this instant glue the one that stick to your fingers very hard and taped it...left it like that for a couple of days.
This last sunday while going to a local american car reunion, again this noise, looked the mirror tried to grab it, but to late it fell and borke into peices......
I guees I will pay the extra cash for a NOS or bette quality parts...
