The realistic answer to your question is that if the car is a color combination that you like and it is equipped as you would chose it should be worth approximately the mid 20s. If it is the "perfect" car for you maybe even a little more.
If its not the car that you want, than the price is irrelevant.

Wow, you know some of us are both C5 and C3 guys. Not all the C5 guys are looking down there nose and drinking with coffee with their little finger in the air. And, beleive it or not, if you ask value in the C5 they will probably undervalue the car, not over value it. They will probably say it is about 17k and not a dime more, lol. The guys in the C5s are like the guys that were in the C4s in around 2000-2002. Some are still a little upity, but most are pretty cool. Give em a break unless you lurk over there a bit.

I agree...I'm one of those guys who has both. In fact, I have a 2001 just like the OP was asking about. I don't think 20k is too far off the mark. I doubt I'd be able to get much more for my 'vert.
Hey guys, what do you think is the value of a 2001 with less than 4,500 miles? Fully optioned car, garage kept.
Like a couple of others who have posted I'm also both a C3 and C5 guy. Those who think that the car you are describing "4,500 miles, fully optioned, garage kept" will be going for under 20K are off the mark. Unless that seller is desperate for some reason, its value should be solidly mid 20s.
