It started with working 11-7:30, work was hot, busy and the backroom was a cluster f*** So I get off of work and am heading home on I-94 when I look in my review mirror and see smoke billowing from the car. Pulled over and popped the hood and well, I think you know what it looked like. The good news is it wasn't oil, antifreeze was leaking and dripping on the manifold. I nursed it back to my parents house (it took about 2 hours) where I'll look at it tomorrow. Based on what I saw, it appears its only a leak in a line and should be an easy fix (knock on wood). Also, it never ran any different (other than hot), so hopefully that is another sign its just the rubber line. An interesting thing happened too, as I sat in a parking lot letting it cool down, mt best friend's brother, who is a mechanic, passes me on the road but never stops. On my continued journey home, I end up at said friend's parent's house to get some water to put in the car and find out from them that his brother sold the car. What are the odds I'd see that car drive by when I am in need of a little assistance? It was a very distinguishable BMW btw. That was my night, back to work at 6 AM.
